Let’s talk about product or service. This is your first impression element. It is what you look at and draw that feeling, “I can do this”. It is also the same first impression that you want everyone you approach to have. Are the web sites professional and attractive. Do they give the viewer the opportunity to really understand what it’s all about. Is it something that will appeal to the masses? Does the product or service have credibility? To make a choice on an opportunity just because the web site is awesome is not good enough. You must do some research on the product you are considering. Look at the compensation package. Check on how the teams are built and does it sound like something you can do. Remember the key to MLM is to add people to your team and get them to do the same thing. Everyone helps everyone else. Does the mission statement of the product or service fill the feel good about this company glass? Does the company support non profit events, do they give back to the community? This initial discovery sets a solid foundation that you will build a life changing business around.
Take a look at the leadership in the company and follow their path to their blogs and internet backgrounds. You want to be aligned with people that have a proven track record. These people know how to make things happen and their success is always as a result of being able to get people to duplicate what they teach. You want to be aligned with someone that has taught others to be a winner. The easiest way to do this is to enter the persons name and company name or some other factor into the search engines. You will know within 10 minutes if you are entering into a relationship with someone that is a leader and can teach you the same skills.
Positioning is a very critical element. If you can find an opportunity that fits the bill of the guidelines above and you can get in at the beginning of companies growth, you greatly increase your odds of success. Please don’t misunderstand that this element is mandatory. It certainly is not. It just improves your chances of success. The key element here is to build a team of people. Everyone helps everyone! You become the leader of a team and you can build that team as big as you want. It is up to you and your hard work. Think about the people in your life that would benefit from the product or service and would love to have the same life change that you are working towards. Think about every opportunity you can come up with to expose your new adventure to as many people as possible. The beginning of the cycle is paramount to building your team growth. Rapid growth of a team starts with you and trickles down to everyone you bring in. New members fuel off of your desires and enthusiasm. Get your mojo going into high gear right now!
