Working at the keyword structure of your blog posts is extremely important to high ranking content.

Inbound Writer is a WordPress plugin that was built for those people that are in the business of writing a lot of content to their blog. You know that it takes a considerable amount of time to make sure the content of the post is relevant to search engines and prospective readers. Inbound Writer is like a ghost writer helping you along the way.

Inbound Writer is a simple plugin that reviews the content of your posts and suggests improvements to the key elements and layout to make it more relevant. It suggests proper use of focus keywords, the keywords that people will use and your post will surface in the search engines. It also suggests keywords based on what has been written that would make great focus keywords. These keywords are automatically evaluated for their ability to help your content. It points out the power keywords and points out the keywords based on competitive evaluation. So we have some great keyword information.

The process starts in two different ways.

First, you can enter three “Starting Terms” (keywords) and Inbound Writer will suggest focus keywords that can be used to write your article around. No need to jump out to some other piece of software and do your keyword search and go back and forth collecting data.

Second, Inbound Writer will evaluate what you have written once you get to 200 words of content. As I started typing this sentence I reached that 200 word spot and Inbound Write immediately popped up with a button that allows “Research Automatically”. When I press the button it starts looking at my content and comparing it to content of a similar nature across the internet. It reviews the words in the content looking for Focus Keywords and evaluates their value in relationship to their strength as a search keyword.

As I write, the results of the “Research Automatically” come back and suggests three “Focus Keywords” for my use. While this post is about Inbound Writer it is not suggesting that as the top Focus Keyword, instead it is suggesting a much higher ranked word, “Keyword”. That keyword is very broad and very competitive and needs to be used to increase the search engine ranking. In other words, I want to talk to people about Inbound Writer but I need to focus on the word “Keyword” to get people there to talk about it.

The “Research Automatically” feature has also made some additional suggestions. It has suggested I use a more highly ranked keyword in the Title and to also shorten the Title. The original title of this post was “Inbound Writer Allows You To Make Your Post Relevant For Search Engines” the new title is the one you see “Keywords Make Blog Content Explode”. Entering that title made the score of this post jump from 84% to 94%. The process keeps me posted all the time and keeps making suggestions for improvement to the keyword structure as needed.

This plugin to make your keyword selection and placement simple is a no cost plugin that only requires a logo placement at the bottom of the post. Based on my experience with the plugin that is an honor to do. This plugin is a joy to use and a great help for us post writers that lack the expertise of knowing every nuance of search engine keyword ranking and SEO.

Enjoy This Plugin!
